As with all our food, our dinners are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.  Our Chef delights in creating new takes on the classics and surprises us with a plethora weekly specials.  His play on classic Beef  Bourginnon with a Mashed Potato Crust has our customers returning again and again.  This summer it was his amazing Ricotta Stuffed Fried Squash Blossoms and Crispy Chicken with seasonal Tomatoes and Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette coming from far and wide.
